Yosuke Murakami
Yosuke Murakami spent a portion of his youth living on the East Coast and Boulder, Colorado before moving to San Jose, California at the age of 8. Yosuke was always interested in the arts, which include theater, choir, drawing, and the violin but did not discover dance until his junior year at Lynbrook High School. He actively began dancing when he joined Future Shock San Jose during his senior year. Yosuke came to the University of California, Irvine in the Fall of 2006 and danced with Kaba Modern from 2007 to the beginning of 2010. From the time he started dancing with KM, Yosuke has continued to train and develop his own choreography, which has since been showcased at a couple of competitions with Kaba Modern 2008 and 2009. He loves to teach and share his passion for dance. He is currently finishing up his BS in Civil Engineering from the Henry Samueli School of Engineering, and excited to share the stage again with many of his favorite dancers with KM Legacy.
